The health and safety of our team and community continues to be our number one priority. As a result of COVID-19, we have largely transitioned our recruitment process to a virtual format with interviews conducted virtually by video call or videoconferencing.
How to Apply

To apply to a posted position, please select the position of interest and click the ‘Apply to this Job’ tab to be redirected to our applicant tracking system where you can submit your application and any corresponding information. If you are applying for a position with the Town for the first time, you will need to first create a profile.

Tips for Virtual Interviews:
Choose the right setting
Find a quiet, private space for the interview. Don’t worry if children or pets appear on your screen—we appreciate that everyone is balancing various priorities at this time (so are we)!
Check your tech
When you receive a link to join a virtual meeting, take a few minutes to download any software required and test the access including your camera and speakers. Technical difficulties happen occasionally, and if they do, we will be sure to reconnect or find another means to continue with the interview.
Prepare exactly the same way you would if you were doing a face-to-face interview! Remember that the video or phone interview is simply a different format, but don’t let that rattle your nerves.
